Thingabob
Thingabob is a 1966 Isaac and Dexter Nova Scotia Built Cape Boat who has been a part of Tern’s unique Mooring to Mooring service for a number of years.
Thingabob was one of the first restoration projects that took place in our new LaHave shop, brought into the shop for an extensive rebuild the work list includes structural upgrades such as replacing the keel, stern post, horn timber and transom. A new custom built interior including new windows which have given the vessel a completely new look! Thingabob has also been given a full electrical and systems upgrade including replacing the 75hp engine to a more powerful 125hp Yamaha engine.
While working on Thingabob’s restoration we also refreshed the paint work on the brightly colored tender.
